Euphoria is a co-op boardgame set in an alternative reality, where players take on roles of investigators who are tracking down the dealers and users of a narcotic substance called euphoria. However, as the investigators search for clues they are exposed to euphoria itself, which has the ability to turn valiant investigators into selfish addicts.

Rummage cards are drafted among the investigators who are clearing the room, and kept in secret from others. Cards include doses of euphoria, junk, action cards and clues that investigators are trying to collect. Rounds take phase in three phases, movement, execution and information sharing.
